ICMS is an autonomous organization registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, Government of India, dedicated to promoting Vocational Education, Skill Development, Entrepreneurship, and Information Technology Training. The institute offers ICMS Skill Development Programs as well as government-recognized certification courses through NIELIT and the J&K Skill Development Department (SCVT). Its Head Office is located at Hawal, Srinagar – 190011, Jammu & Kashmir.
